Providence though by extension of the Amarr loyalists is defacto Amarr Empire space it is not official Amarr space so slaving outside of the Empire is prohibited.
So no it is not propaganda and if you see anyone conducting slaving in Providence I'll will personal see to it their head is on a platter.

There have been no logs provided of any transaction regarding payment, if there was why have you not sent them to us.. unless of course you are stupid, and like being called thief thus spoiling your "good guy" reputation you hold so dear.
