Can a rorqual enter highsec? That's the only capital ship I could conceivably support being allowed in. Provided it cannot dock. Ever.

Large pos's aren't that big a deal, just get some laser boats with T1 crystals and orbit it for 30min, job done.
Oh, you don't have that many friends? Maybe work on making your corp better\bigger rather than just having a 20 person highsec corp that's just a tax haven.
How dare I suggest a corp offer more than just 0% tax to it's members. Such a though.
Cap is in high sec for war = make your corp better, learn to pvp better, if you cna bring caps so can the other guy and if you're losing in sub caps now, why escalate your cost of loss? so.. no
Caps in high sec for Incursions = Jesus no, if you want to do incursions in a capital, go do the incursions in null\low
Caps in high sec just for passing through = quit being lazy, moving capitals isn't that difficult if you've got friends. |

This idea sucks.
Here's what I would do when this becomes possible:
I need to move a carrierfleet from a to b
I wardec an altcorp
Buy permit
Move my fleet through high-sec and save some time while being even more invulnerable than I already am.
Either get better with subcaps or take the fight to low.
