Since NPC's are now part of a 'Union'. Every tenth mission will see them go on strike. So when you warp into the mission there will be just a note saying 'the pirates are currently on strike. Please wait for them turn up after they have completed their industrial action against [insert mission agents name here]. |

Make PVP optional, you have to toggle it on to be attacked or attack another pilot anywhere in Eve and including wardec targets/enemies.

You can use T3 tractor beams to tow entire asteroids/blocks of ice, back to the station, even while in warp, for reprocessing.
