for a couple of months, me and a few friends have been using a teamspeak server to talk to each other (much better than msn). no-one else i have talked to seems to use it for anything but games.
are we really the only ones, or do others use it to talk to friends outside the context of eve?

Used that for a while, if all you're after is chatting to folks then it might be better. Works alot like msn interface wise etc.
And yeah, we use TS just to chat but most of the time its just more convenient to use MSN/IRC etc.

TS users should be shot in the face (in a non-death inducing way). Ventrilo is the only option.

I've been know to log into my mates Ventrillo server to talk to my flat mates because I can be arsed to walk across the flat ;)

2. You can have 1 of those multi convo thingys.. where u call 4 or 5 ppl and u all in same convo.

I also like ventrillo, but I have a soured oppinon of them as i've contacted them numerous times offering them money so i can run a ventrillo server. no response.
what do YOU do when someone offers YOU money?
