hey guys, more and more recently im getting ganked by pirates, and im a pve man myself. so i need some ideas for an effective pvp amarr ship that i can use for corp wars, pirate hunting etc. that wont cuase me to pull my hair out every time i get turned to dust :), preferbly not an HAC as i simply dont have the skills for that yet, cheers.

Go omen, fit it like it was an zealot. or simply go into a tanked/plated maller =) you can find many setups on these boards.

The executioner can permanently run a mwd with two nanofibers in the lows, and can outrun inties. Good tackler on the cheap.

all the amarr afs prettymuch suck. You better off with either inties or cruisers.

Vengeance does not suck, people suck at using a particular ship so they call for it to be boosted or other ships nerfed. Theres always a way and id say im on a 40 kills to 10 loss with vengeance for solo so far.
Ive killed cruisers and other afs in em, including a gisti sheild fitted harpy

Cheap yet effective?
DURAMALLER
High: frig sized guns
med: AB, web, 20km scrambler (or 7.6)
low: plate (800/1600) and rest tanking
You can tank a hell of a lot in this ship and dish out decent dmg.

oh and samuel:
my gankageddon hasn't changed at all since RMR and it still pwns (lost like 0.002 from the dmg modifier)

get that drone carrying amarr cruiser (cant remember the name) its the best looking cruiser in the game :) at least youll look good while you fight

Duramaller is the way to go mate 
Check the Ship setups on the forum. It'll be even more durable with the new Armour resistance skills at lvl 4 and an Energised Adaptive Nano II
