this is the best I've tried so far, does all the missions dead easy and real quick
megathron
Highs
7x250TII - sometimes 5x250TII, 2x250 comp coil (lower CPU)
1 drone nav control
Mids
2 drone tracking control
1 heavy named cap thing with 800s charges
1 magno booster for guristas or an AB if you like
Lows
1 expl, 1 kin, 2 thermal active hardeners
1 large TII repper, 1 medium TII repper
1 cap power relay
5 wasps (eat frigs/cruisers easy with the drone tracking mods)
any suggestions, esp on the guristas jsamming, my magno booster doesn't always do the job and that 10seconds extra is annoying

I suppose any BS would be as viable as the Megathron. I personally prefer the Typhoon for level threes because it's speed and versatility.

Im using Eagle.
Highs
4 x 250mm IIs - 2 x Arabalest Heavy Launchers
Mids
Gisti A type small sheild booster - 2 x Tracking mods - 1 x 90% Webber
Lows
2 x Damage mods - 1 x Power mod - 1 x Warp Stab
I can kill most rats before I get to the next gate in the multi gate missions and if it wasnt for the fact that they keep jamming me Id be able to finish half as many again in an evening as I am now!
Im primarily using AM and a mixture of missiles.
Only one I have to sort out is the 3 part one...but ive mentioned that in other posts.

Retribution rocks in speed ;)

Angel Extravaganza (3) is a joke with the retribution: just fly in and kill. On last stage, just kill entry spawn, go to the silo to claim your implant and go for Terzon directly. Tank anything on you with a laugh. Ok, I admit I nearly always kill the spiders too ;(
In tech secrets 3/3 you gotta be smart with the retri ;) Kill the elite frigs first and then the rest - just a walk in the park by then. I dont think my Apoc could do it that easily.
In rogue drones or "destroy the outpost" I had to be cautious with my apoc to kill the rats in waves. Tanking all of the rats could hurt. With the retribution I just dont care and shoot anything close.
Enough bragging: my speed record in special delivery is 3:13 from arriving at entry gate to warp in until I warped out with the package.

If we are talking about speed, there is not much that can beat a properly setup BS. I can do lvl 3s pretty fast in a cerberus as not even a raven kills cruisers faster, but with those 30k ceptors cerbs damageoutput drops considerably. So i would say its gonna be a BS that can kill cruisers fast(geddon, domi, apoc you name it) but most certainly using at least 2 large smartys, and drones(which is tricky, better use sentries and move a few km away from them).
