Another user with this error has had success after installing the Visual C++ 2010 redistributable, which appears to be a dependency for the new SQLite.
You can check http://forums.evehq.net/chat/crash-on-start-evehq-2-13-1-2548 for the details and links to the necessary files.

We haven't actually enabled the new mobile structures to be part of the fitting tool yet, but we can certainly look into it. |

And just confirming that mobile structures should be available in the next update (that includes mobile warp disruptors as well as the new depots, tractor units etc).

As I've not heard anything for several weeks from the two people primarily responsible for the development of EveHQ, I have decided to resume development myself and get EveHQ up to date with the Crius and Hyperion releases as soon as possible.
I'm not sure how long this will take or even how it will be deployed, but I'll make a start and see what happens in the meantime.

I agree that there are a lot of issues to deal with both in terms of code and administration, but I'm reluctant to start making substantial plans or changes to the existing code with the current situation as it is. |

You are an optimistic one aren't you?
No doubt someone with those web skills may be able to pull it off, if they're willing to convert all the code and the UI as well. I personally can't see it happening as it's just too much work, but who knows.
Oh, and charging a fee (if not for in-game isk) is against the EULA and the site would be shut down very quickly by CCP. |

Why webifying EveHQ ? there are few website which already combine those features. EveHQ still the best EVE tool app' and for latest commit i've seen, it became more mobile, therefore should still as a app. I agree, and am doing my best to have it revived, in any form, I really miss it. As I said a few posts back, I'm currently working on bringing EveHQ up to date, so it will be staying as a desktop application for the foreseeable future.

Just an update to let people know where things are at.
I've updated EveHQ with the new Hyperion data so the core application and HQF appear to be working without issue at present. I'm currently working on Prism which is going to take a bit longer as the Crius changes are quite significant and will affect BPCalc and the recycler also.
As the previous EveHQ issue tracker is non-functional, if anyone knows of any major issues with the previous versions that needed fixing, please let me know here so I can take a look.
On the admin side, I have asked Quantix if he would transfer the evehq.net domain back to me so that we can use this to continue with information, forums, issue tracking and so on. If nothing moves on this front within a couple of days (and to be honest, it's doubtful) then I'll need to look at alternative plans for hosting and updates. |

This should be sorted in the version I'll publish, together with proper naming of the corp wallet divisions in the wallet journal section of Prism.

I'm aiming for tomorrow for a beta release as I still need to look at recycling and invention. Manufacturing in BPCalc looks to be working well so I'll need to do some testing on that, especially if you have production jobs that need upgrading.

Be aware that the IndustyJobs API doesn't return productTypeID and productTypeName for any activity (it was supposed to return that info for Invention and RE only). I have informed CCP FoxFour about it but it looks like he's heavily busy there at CCP. Thanks for the heads-up.

It will most likely be released as a zip file as without access to the website and other bits of info, auto-update isn't an option at present. I also don't have time to mess about with installers at the moment so once I'm done, it will be a case of zip and post.

I'm not sure if this is anywhere near ready but as promised, I'm making a version available for initial testing and feedback. It's available as a zip file so just unzip somewhere and run. However, just to add:
1. This is a test version so backup your %AppData%/EveHQ folder before using this just in case. 2. Do report any errors/incorrect calculations/general funkiness, not only does this help you and me, but also everyone else. 3. Please be gentle, it's been a while since looked at the EveHQ code so I'm a bit rusty
Still To Do/Known Issues 1. BP copy time is incorrect 2. Factory/Research costs need looking at

To answer your questions:
1. Yes the fitting tool should be updated with new modules. 2. The skill planner should also be updated as a result of using the latest data. 3. I haven't touched anything to do with prices at the moment, that's something to consider in due course. What is the error you are getting?

I will try to check out more tonight. Thanks for the feedback, I was starting to think it was everybody who was having startup issues!

Right, I may have an answer to the startup issue. I think this is being caused by Windows security preventing access to the files simply because they have been downloaded from the web.
You should be able to right-click the .dll files causing the problems, selecting Properties, then clicking the Unblock button. It should work fine after that but any feedback on this would be appreciated.

grate thanks https://38.media.tumblr.com/1b01bdd8fcb986ff9f17474a651e823e/tumblr_nbduhoQUJd1sp6rhco1_500.jpg^there is the market error bare in mine this is the older version (2.13.13.2751) I get that same error in both the old and new versions and it could be due to using the EveHQ market data provider, which may have been shut down along with the website. I'll see if I can find out more details on the error to confirm.

Thanks for the feedback. The implant name change issue has been present ever since the first version of HQF and I should really find a better way of storing them (i.e. use IDs instead of names).

There should be a implant group filter in the implant manager that essentially does the same thing.
