This is the one that alomst made it. Tank killing on of my Corp mates in Sarum Prime (Imperial 0.4 space).
The killing part isnt my problem, that Tweet Tank isnt my problem, CONCORD is my problem!!! Since the system is designed to "protect all innocent" it means that i cannont call our MI division immediately to go collect his bounty and to put our vengeance upon his ...
Now, if we (as i write) should go get him we'd probably loose a couple of battleships to concord.
Fair enough, but since ccp seems like a pretty smart company i suppose that tank will be on the ban list again, soon... This is not what i want! This is not what any1 wants! What the players want is to feel somewhat safe i imperial space, atleast that concord protects them. And the possibility to actually kill pirates in highsec space, without getting killed by concord.
Thats what we want.
This can seem like a lot of whine, but its not. Its pure fact. Think for your self. ----------------------------

Tank CEO is on Concords KOS list (-5 sec or higher). You can shoot him anytime, anyplace without Concord interfering.
Not knowing this suggests you dont have much experience in EVE and you might want to think again before you tangle with one of the more infamous pirates.

Edited by: Moringar on 23/08/2003 06:25:40 I was there later that day with my corp eve marshals and another corp(who i am very sorry for not remembering their name) we blocked tank in a station for over 4 hours or basicly he logged and we sat there waiting for him. He did get away but only on technicality of the game. I am sorry for your losses and if you ever need help with this kind of threat again you can contact Ruulex Demors or Insane Angel or post here http://www.evemarshals.com/forum/index.php
we would be more than glad to help. as for changes in the game i do hope for where peeps with low sect status cant hide in stations in imperial space.

LoL, you didn't blockade me into the station, I had to go do stuff at that time and watched a movie with the family. I just left my character on just so ud sit out there, its fairly easy to warp away right after you undock. Thats what I did right when I got back. ---

I never run, if you saw 10 battleships, wouldnt you dock at a station too? Its just the time they want to mess with me and im not going to let them have their fun, when they leave, I come back out to continue my profitable pirating. You will never pod kill me unless I crash or freeze. You can trust me on that. ---

Why is Tank CEO hanging out in Sarum Prime so much? Are the rumors true, is he having an affair with Jamyl Sarum? --------------------------- (c) Copyright Saladin, 2005. Any editing of this post by a third party will be in violation United States Internet Copyright law 46525 of 2003. |

The reason Tank "station manager" CEO hangs about any Concord solar, is the same reason as when I 1st started playing. He's a Noob podder, taking huge childish delight in podding players that have very little chance of defending themselves. What a *anker.

LoL, anyone who goes into a .4 or less is not considered a newb anymore and the people who cant defend themselves prolly have 5k slavers on them or some other trade items that are worth of 10 million. ---

Tank CEO, you will be found and you will recieve what you have given to others. Asking us to fight on equal terms is the same as you demanding those civilians who's ships you have allready destroyed for money to allow there pod to move along. You will recieve Justice. Diesel, you can attack the EVE Marshals with words as much as you like. You are not offending anyone. You will also recieve the Justice you deserve. Tank, you did have a nice move to get out of the station. I cannot promise it will be as easy as it was last time.

Edited by: Quiz on 23/08/2003 19:32:23 How exciting would this game be if there was no pirates....everybody just mining and trading with the biggest danger being scammed in the trade channel for the latest mining lasers?
Its a PvP game, not a mining simulator. I agree that its a shame that newbies gets killed in low sec space without realizing the dangers of going there. But you have to agree that its not the pirates fault? They play the game as it is intended.
Besides, its huge amount of fun actually trying to kill those guys.
Exploiting bugs is lame however (in my opinion), like Tank seems to be infamous for.

I, for one, enjoy this game with all of its elements. The Marshals were created to help keep pirates in check. We are growing and learning. As I have said Diesel, Justice may not be swift, but it is assured.

I joined the Marshals to get some fun PVP experience, and I don't want to rid the pirates from eve, I want more of them in empire space so I get more chances to battle them, for fun, not cause I'm ****ed at them.
And I never insult pirates or flame them even when they destroy my ship and point and laugh at my corpse and taunt me and call me a carebear. It's just a game anyway
And I wish some of my fellow Marshals would follow that example Though most of them are just roleplaying like Angel, which is just all in good fun. I'm not much of a roleplayer though
