We have partnered with Chribba in order to provide an option to secure your transaction with the CFC. He will post shortly in order to confirm his participation in this program.

Here are the rules:
-Renter is responsible for Chribba's fee, and is charged in addition to the rent of the system. The fee is 100 million ISK per system.
-The length of the secured term is 15 days per system
-Utilizing Chribba's services are optional, but available for any system
-Absolutely zero system rental scams are allowed by the CFC, and Chribba will cease services and abscond our held ISK if such a scam occurs. We recommend always working with the Rental Management Team for your system rental needs.
-Any claims against either side will be evaluated by Chribba and will be discussed by both parties. Sufficient proof (API verified killmails, Corp API data, Screen Shots) are absolutely required in the event of any claim by either party.
-Subsequent months' rent is due in full on the first day of the month (and cannot be secured via this program at this time).

Here is the process:
1) You must work with one of the four rental managers listed in the OP in order to utilize Chribba's services renting from the CFC.
2) Upon agreement of the terms with one of the rental managers, you will transfer the ISK to Chribba to hold rather than directly to the [PBLRD] Exec Corp.
3) Chribba holds the ISK for 15 days from the beginning of the term. If the 15 days falls into the following month, the renter is STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NEXT MONTH'S RENT ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH.
4) At the end of the 15 day term, Chribba will verify that the corporation is still a member of [PBLRD] and that they have assets in (or nearby) their rented system. If everything is in good order, Chribba will forward the rent to the [PBLRD] exec corp.
