Where do RAMs come from? I heard one person say that you get them from running missions. Which type of agents give RAMs, and which ones do you get them most frequently from? I have to do a bunch of mission grinding for my industrial character, so I might as well try to build some of these up.

You can get RAM's from some missions too by killing certain structures. Silence the Informant mission springs to mind.

R.A.M.s used to be given as mission rewards (time bonuses) by Corporations that had R&D-agents. You were required to do Manufacture or Production missions to get them.
It seems that this was changed in the last patch and you can now get R.A.M.s also from Corporations that do not have R&D-agents and you are no longer required to do Manufacture or Productions missions. Combat missions still dont give them, or at least I haven't gotten any from them.

Two rumors seem to be most active on this topic.
#1: Do non combat agent missions.
According to this rumor CCP has reapplied the RAM and RDb rewards to thise missions in an attempt to make more people do them.
#2: Do missions in low sec.
According to this rumor CCP has added this incentum to get people to leave highsec and start doing stuff in losec.
If there is any truth to ither or both of thise rumors I do not know but doing a few missions for a non combat agent in lowsec should give a good idea to their validity.
Personally I think such an act would be brilliant on CCP's part, it would not only create the incentive for people to go into lowsec but also create an incentive for the community to keep campers out of good mission running areas, in short we may actually eventially get playerprotected lowsec.
Thus CCP if this is not the case then by all meens make it so.

I'm always getting RAMS from my Caldari Corporate police force agent combat missions (level 3 q 8 in Inaro) - Blow the builings up... I can't remember which missions exactly and which builings - I always blow everything up as a matter of course - but anyway, they're a pain cuz they're so big. Have to make several trips in my looting kessie to get them back to station.

I am receiving them as time bonus rewards from Level 2 & 4 Duvolle Laboratories agents and a Level 3 Roden Shipyards agent.
