This is fact, and they have both posted in this thread.
It is also stated that SE had also napped G, but SE where willing to adapt to the southern standings on this. That is, in line with ASCN/BOB/FIVE/LV regarding the northern dudes.
I whould not be surprised if the outcome of this is that ASCN kill off all smash/SE/KOS POS's in the whole region and hands it over to NBSI. The only thing I know, is that this thing won't last. Half of ASCN's pilots will pod both Olyyy and Foomanshoe on sight no mather what color they are, and they both know it. That why some asshat from Tribal Soul tries to make us look bad by offering support to KOS. Old Xetic pals joining hands etc etc etc.
That ASCN goes with the SE option is not strange. They won't trust an alliance with Olyyy in a lead position. Smash ain't intrested in running a region, and SE gave up the controll on dockingright-settings (let ASCN deside who docks in the station closest to ASCN space).
I don't care what you people in Omist do, but atleast leave us to the west alone.

Olyyy doesnt have any lead position in KOS not even in CMVK. He doesn't even have hangar access to CMVK hangars. So you should probably check your informations. All the reason he joined us because I myself asked him to because he is a friend of mine and I like to PvP together with him and he was ok with the idea of helping us out vs SE.
The rumor is so sad that Cyvok said olyyy had joined a TS conversation as a representative of KOS. sorry, but I had to laugh my butt off bout this because when it was supposed to be that olyyy smacktalked in ts, he was at work. So how could he've done that?
Grim, you should know better than to refer to that because it is simply not true.

They did care who would take omist when they needed SA to help them. they gave a word and they broke it. yes it's easy like that.
And to have a strong alliance(SE) in omist which let G-Alliance dock and repair while that war going is not a smart move. but that's something they will have to bear. not us.
If you got such friends, you don't need enemies.

Thank you for erasing any simpaties I had for KoS with a well thought out post.

It's easy to sympathize with someone who gets an "obvious" buttkick atm. Especially when you sit cozy and warm within your territory and must not fear any threat at the moment.
problem is that sympathy doesn't solve problems for those. after 2 months living in POSs ASCN should understand that we are not in a very good mood especially ASCN told us to NOT use more POSs to regain sovereignity because ASCN promised 100% help.
We did as we were told to and as a result of it we got nothing.
Goberth, I ask you, how would you react?

Is this a declaration of war towards us?
I just ask because we don't have any official message about a standing change of ASCN yet. Last what we heard is they keep us at + as long as the discussion about this goes on.
