i was doing an agent mission and had to kill a few guristas and one of them was in a kessie, so being a well trained kessie pilot i expected a hail of missles. instead he came in close to my destroyer and layed in with blasters. never fired a single missle or rocket.
i checked my kestrel after docking and sure enough 4 launchers no turrets. bug is my only guess.

Just because your target had the same hull as yours doesn't mean it's the exact same ship... NPC ships aren't the same, so no, it's not a bug, a Kestrel with turrets is not unheard of, nor is a Scorpion with 6 guns, for example. Except they're not Kestrels or Scorpions -- they just have the same hulls.

I'd prefer a raven with 8 launcher hardpoints. So if anyone from Mordus Legion or so hears me, I pay well for that modification.
Although 8 turret hardpoints ? That's the dream of a caldari mining char !

I've seen Caldari Navy kessies in missions that mount 4x med rails and a heavy launcher. I've been wondering where I can get one.
