Haha, I didn't fail to mention anything. It is all in the character sheet and anyone who is serious about a PVP toon of this callibre is not going to be living in Highsec being a carebear anyway and thus negative sec isn't going to be an issue :), not to mention you can recover sec status for tags now so it could always be negotiated into the price. |

Have you read the RULES ?
23. The location of the character must be disclosed and whether it is in high security, low security, null sec or wormhole space. You must also state if the character is in space or in a station.
Maybe we should run a locator on him...
