In my opinion having a ship that only one alliance in game is able to use it properly in one of their doctrines is a pretty big fail to me. I really don't understand how can they be happy with that.
Some ships appear to be balanced around popularity, others in performance, others I really don't know...
Is not used in high-sec, is not used in low-sec, and only one top alliance in null-sec (big props to BL, really like to read the stuff and see the movies of what they do) uses them as they should be used.
All Munnin roads go to BL, they already demonstrated multiple times that the Munnin is indeed a very good ship.
Forget the tinfoil hat, I don't believe in favoritism, but leaving a ship like this completely eludes me in a devblog with the word *balance* in its title. Balance compaired to what?
