Hey just want to hear roughly what dps a skilled HAC pilot can manage against 0% (or as near too as possible) resists. You can either say how much roughly your weaps will hit for on each hit and what weap that is or if you know, what dps you would actualy achieve.

As to the exact damage of my Cerebrus i cannot say, just that it is quite ungodly.

Cerb with t2 heavy launchers and 2 bcs IIs seems to deal around 300 dps. With the incorrect way bcs' damage bonus is calculated to heavy missiles I get 205dps with my kinda weak skills (hac 4, heavy missile spec 3, rapid firing 4, warhead upgrades 1).
So you should be able to get >300 with just a stock kit of 3 bcs IIs.

My ishtar does around 450 dps with 3 ion IIs and a rack of wasp IIs or ogre IIs (little more with the ogres). Eagle I think with heavy neutrons is 250dps or so. Deimos with 3 damage mods is 400dps I believe.

I noticed my Deimos was dealing the same damage as a few friends in battleships and at the time I was only using my T1 Hammerheads and named light neutron blasters (rather than T2 drones and medium electrons or such). I was fitted for full tank, too. No damage mods.
I have no doubt the damage the deimos can do up close is sick.

fyi, usually when there are no dmg mods, the ship is set for tanking.

Haven't done the latest calculations with my new drone skills, but with 2 damage mods, full rack of t2 ions, and 5 hammerheads. It's 650dps or so. With void, almost 800.

Zealot:
Maxed skill and 3 heat sinks: Damage mod of 8.8
Beams RoF with maxed skills (can't remember for pulses) 2.4s
DpS with MF crystals: 8.8 x 24 x 4 / 2.4 = 352 DPS
DpS with Gleam crystals: 8.8 x 30 x 4 /2.4 = 440
Not as much as one could've wanted. More than a Eagle, and at decent ranges. Not as much as it used to be capable of, but again - not too bad.

My main beef with the Ishtar atm (and I say this as an Ishtar pilot myself) is sentry drones. It can fit a set of Sentry drones and make an Eagle look pathetic, while tanking amazingly well. The kicker is that if anything gets close, it just pulls in its Sentries and throws out its close-range drone of choice...
It's so ridiculously overpowered right now. Not just in terms of DPS but now versatility. The Eagle's niche has been compromised, and most other HACs are seeing the Ishtar do their job better as well.

an Ishtar will NEVAAAH be able to dish out 800 DPS... thats just insane 
With Max skills + T2 heavy drones you will have a DPS of 364 with drones only!
3 Heavy Ion Blaster II with no Bonus is like 100 DPS with no damage mods
How the hell did you make it deal 662 DPS? it would require lows filled up with drone damage mods -.- (without penalties  )

I got lvl 4 hac, lvl 3 med blaster spec, no implants
I got a Friend with lvl 5 hac, lvl 5 blaster spec, 5% implant....
Seems like the Eagle can outdamage the Zealot? wtf wtf

The ishtar do have bonus to medium hybrid, 5% bonus per cruiser level.

For PVP you are correct, the deimos is the superior blasterboat due to the MWD bonus. Even then I'd rather have a zealot as a close range hac, or a vagabond, as the deimos is slow and not very agile.
The eagle for npcing with a blaster setup is much >>>> the deimos, because-
-it fits easier, only needing 4 blasters instead of 5
-it shield tanks with a gistii small booster and has a much stronger tank due to the resists

I have no idea how you managed to come up with numbers so low.
Ogre II
Dmg mod = 1.92 * 1.25(Heavy Drone 5) * 1.1(Gallente Drone spec 5) * 2(Drone Interfacing 5) * 1.5(Gallente Cruiser 5) = 7.92
ROF = 2 sec
DPS = (7.92 * 24 * 5) / 2 = 475.2 DPS
Heavy Ion II
Dmg mod = 3.375 * 1.25(Medium Hybrid 5) * 1.1(Medium Blaster Spec 5) * 1.16(Surgical Strike 5) * 1.25(Gallente Cruiser 5) = 6.73
ROF = 4.5 * .9(Gunnery 5) * .8(Rapid Fire 5) = 3.24
DPS(with Void M) = (6.73 * 30 * 3) / 3.24 = 186.9 DPS
Total = 475.2 + 186.9 = 662.1 DPS

Without my gunnery skills all maxed and with T2 Hammerheads I do over 520 damage per second in the Deimos. Its the ultimate for npc'ing serps as it has kinetic of almost 90% and really high therm and does the damage type that hurts NPC's the most.
You can rock through 2 battlecruisers in under 24 seconds!

I get with ~359.3 dps with 3 gyros (~380.4 with 4), reload times not included. That's with hac 4, spec 4, RF 5, surg 4, no implants.

hmmm naughy boy's spreadsheet seems to be putting the deimos at over 600dps (heavy neut IIs) and everything else at about 300...

yeah please give me a useable deimos setup using neutrons
You can get 600 DPS out of a deimos with max skills
And an ishtar can break 500 easily with decent skills too
