Hi all, I came into possession of an interesting Excel chart a few months ago which has been invaluable to me, the author I believe was called Daren Beazley IRL, not sure about his nick or if he still plays the game (get in touch if you do mate).
This chart calculates the ore amounts/cargo hauls needed/mineral values/mineral contents according to skills etc.
The only problem is that since I invested in Refine Efficiency it no longer works well, as it doesnt take the effects of this skill into consideration, underestimating the amounts once refined. What i decided to do was to edit the chart to include the said skill.
I hope you dont mind Daren, if so please let me know, but to all of you who would like the chart in its edited form, please let me know by posting here, and I will supply it to you all :)
It really does help, as it tells you exactly what you will get from each ore type according to your skill levels, and what that amount is worth if you sell the minerals, according to market prices.
Let me know!

well, ive not seen one that actually takes into account the skills, but if there are ones around, then cool, but i always use windowed mode and fiddle on my comp whilst playing, so I'd personally prefer an excel sheet anyways :)
I rarely use the in game browser, i prefer IE6 :)

t0nt0 - i noticed your chart seems to miscalculate the total for a big haul, mine comes up at 300k for kernite (in my hauler) but using same stats, comes up at nearly 1 million, i think somethings gone astray somewhere? Plus a total column at bottom right would be nice to see how much i make in total :)
