I don't know if i'd call it broken, wormholes are just provide a different battle ground to k-space and it's not like T3 are the only ship used, some people use sniping Tier BC for home defense. I'm just here for the likes |

Yeah a lot is dominated by the way fights often kick off within ~10km of space and/or the need to bring ships that have some resilience to dread blapping but IMO part of the reason the T3 is king in wormhole space as much as anything is due to people by and large sticking with tried and tested compositions - compared to for instance nullsec theres probably less catalysts for fleets to evolve as theres much less in the way of bloc warfare or turf wars. |

Not multiple things the best, multiple things well. This makes them generalized ship which is EXACTLY what theyre meant to be. Once again, you and people like you are pulling 'facts' out of thin air and screaming 'UNBALANCED" without any clue regarding what T3s actually are and how they compare to other ships. Few notes on T3s: as a note, I havnt flown a cloaky T3 in years because theyre strictly not useful if you have access to scanning alts (which lets face it, I do). I'd also never take any T3 over a recon for ewar in a dedicated ewar role except a legion which is so bad at anything other than neuting that it's only fair it has one thing to be good at. tengu in particular is LOL bad at ecm. loki is only a good ship because it has good range webs (no where near recon range) and is literally the ONLY minmatar armour brawling ship so your options are rather limited. CCP's fault for not making the munin useful or giving us an armour bases minmatar CS.
You either didn't even read the post or just stupid, and on top of that you don't really have any kind of clue what you're talking about. But it's great you confessed that you don't even fly the ships in question.
Scanner alts, Jon Matick's alternative to cloaky T3s.

Think he was hinting at the fact that cloaky T3s for combat are useful only for ganks, where you can outnumber your opponents significantly to overcome the cut down efficiency of your individual ships. As you can fit a cloaky prot to dish out 620+ dps in spitrange, tank is taking a significant hit to accomplish that.
Also nothing wrong about the lol-ecmgu jamstrength which only works cause jamming strats is like preying on the crippled and lame - and a cloaky loki dies to a talos somehow somewhere everyday. Now actively requesting any faction / new faction willing to produce these:-áhttp://eohgames.com/labs/Ships/Vanir%20Federation%20Talos-á |

Mostly, but not only. A cloaky scout tackling a hostile ship can sometimes force a fight then and there. If the other side has no ships in danger, they may take their time to form up, or not form up at all. When a corpmate is tackled things can happen a lot quicker...
But usually the main force will not be cloaky, because then indeed you have to outnumber the other side because of low damage per ship. . |

You're not interested in crafting fleetcomps that can deal with ~10 man gangs of T3s with 3 Guardians?

Not sure where you got that impression from. The posts imply the opposite. |

I think many of us are ignoring that armor T3s are used in WH gangs because they have the best DPS and tank for their mass level.
The problem is that the mechanics of wormholes leave armor T3s as the only choice, rather than T3s being inherently overpowered. WHs by their very nature require low mass fleets, if you aren't going to collapse your exit behind you, WH fleets are usually smaller so each ship needs to be worth more, WH engagements usually happen within blaster range, Moving through WHs is a lot slower and you have no guaranteed path, so going armour over shield just makes sense. |

Agreed. I also think that is is very important for T3 to be as tanky as they are because unlike K-space, when we get podded we can't just rejoin the fight in easily. I'm just here for the likes |
