I have kill rights on the following:
Con McSwagger
Zeddrick Anthar
Tami Zamayid
None of them are pirate status.
They are part of the New Sepulchral Monolith corporation, this corporation has a 1 billion isk bounty on it.
I usually just set the kill rights public for 5m and call it a day, but I'm not quite sure what to do in this case. |

Set them public for 0 ISK and call it a day. Nobody is going to care about the fact their alliance has a bounty....
You are over-valuing those kill-rights. No information about their location, time zone, or reasons why you think you can get any money for those kill rights.
