As some of you might have heard by now, the Coreli Corporation is currently under new ownership. Over the past few weeks Mr. Orth, on behalf of Serpentis, has been purchasing Coreli shares. To top it off several directors have sold their personal shares as well, raising the total percentage of shares owned by Serpentis to 64% versus the 25% owned by the Coreli family and 11% owned by other private investors.
We have been informed that some major internal restructuring will be taking place within the next week and that Miss Coreli and her staff will no longer be needed within our space based divisions, their employment contracts are hereby terminated.
The majority of employees have been contacted about extending their contracts if they wish to aid the corporation in future projects.
I myself have been appointed as new CEO of the corporation and will be managing it on behalf of Serpentis. 2/3rd of the board of directors has chosen to follow Coreli to wherever it will be taken next.
We have also been informed that the Initiative does not fit into our future path and therefore we will be ending our relations with the alliance.

I will never work for the Serpentis, they will always be facing the end of my gun. I am shocked by the treason of many Gallente citizens who I assumed to be loyal to the Federation. It is an outrage!
I will no longer be part of the Coreli Corporation. If I see any traitor to the true ideals, either pirating or smuggling for the Serpentis Corporation you can assume me to be an enemy and thereÆs fair change I will shoot you.
((the above is IC, I think there should be an OOC post as not all motives and events can be fully explained IC, such as the grief war AM started that has 0 to do with RP or that I do understand and do not blame Josh for changing the RP))

I would like to state that I was one of the private investors that did not sell out to the Serpentis.
I always fought for a better Federation and for the ideals it stands for.
I am deeply disappointed by all these traitors that lived around me for such a long time and that I thought were people I share the same ideas and ideals with.
Most unfortunate that the Aegis Militia declared war on us in such a moment. Please see me seperate statement concerning this issue.
I will never follow or support these traitors and since my share minority won't stop things I will leave Coreli within 24 hours and go my own way.
I know there are still enough loyal Gallente citizens to continue the fight for a better Federation.

To the traitors I say good riddance. The Federation is certainly better off without you.
To those loyal to the Federation that will refuse to go along with this, I wish you luck with whatever new career you chose to pursue. You have my respect for standing up for your ideals.
Finally, it is now obvious why Coreli was supporting Mentas Blaque for President. Bringing chaos and war to the Federation and splitting it apart by introducing racial policies was always their plan.

This choice came as a blow to many of our pilots and a great dissapointment to some of the directors. It is with a heavy heart that I leave Coreli behind. I have also decided to leave empire space entirely.
Good luck to all my fellow pilots except of course for the ones that have chosen to help the scum sucking serpentis that I have killed so many of.

That's pretty damn slimy, Foiritain. Even more slimy than the latest business trades of the Practicals. Though I find myself quite often doing anything but agreeing with Federal policies, I sympathize with those ex-members of Coreli who chose not to descend into the world of deception and thievery.

Even if the corporation on the receiving end was one of our enemies, you're still a turncoat. And that's enough to earn mine and your former friends' contempt.

While I can't at this time condone such a bold move.... I can respect it. However, at this time I would like to announce I will no longer be associated with Coreli. Shortly after being bullied into selling my shares I submitted my resignation as Personnel Director. You can keep your severance package, no amount you could pay would be sufficient for the work I've done there.

This doesn't suprise anyone, and it shows that your entire stance before today in Coreli was nothing but lies and hypocracy. I can't recall the last time we Caldari allowed an enemy to purchase one of our loyal corporations. You're just a little ***** Joshua. You can't even stand on your own and that's just pathetic. Perhaps now people see why Coreli was never on the same level as CAIN.((tries to login and make sure Dev hasn't been running missions for the Guristas. ))
Originally by: Luance DeAngeluotti Most unfortunate that the Aegis Militia declared war on us in such a moment. Please see me seperate statement concerning this issue.
You should thank them, otherwise his true nature might have come at a more critical time for you...
Like if/when Blaque becomes president and causes war with the State. Better for him to abandon you now then with a Caldari fleet banging on your doorstep (yes I'm aware both would have the same end result). I do believe Joshua was one of those people who always said how Caldari were puppets and drones, and spoke of other bull****. It's pretty amusing to see that he was actually speaking abbout himself. A loyaltyless botom feeder who runs to his master and tries to say he supports a Federation president(candidate) who would protect against people like him... right. So when wil we see you backing your new master for Federation president?

You're just a little pawn to him, and he'll destroy you once you're nolonger of use, which I'd imagine won't be too long from now, because given the situation Serpentis is in with their alliance battles, a coward like you won't be of much help.

Foiritain's loyalties has long been known, and pointed out at more than one occasion, thus I am not surprised the least to see this.
As my worthy fellow officers have pointed out however, it is a bittersweet feeling that comes with this proclamation. A enemy, perhaps even a rival, falls... yet I cannot help feeling bitterness. A turncoat is always a turncoat and they are among the most vile things in the universe. I only wish that the Coreli Corporation could have suffered another destiny, a destiny that did not have to do with a megalomaniacal traitor like Foiritain.
My best wishes to those of the Coreli Corporation who remain true patriots and turn from these bandit ways that Foiritain follows. To Foiritain and his gang.. You can run, but you can't hide.

I find it strange that Mr Foiritain should march his troops all the way to Curse when his new employers are based elsewhere. Hmm, maybe an inspection of the map the Joshua himself creates might shine some light on the matter.
"The Five and Friends Vs Red Alliance", and The Coreli Corp has always been on good terms with The Five. Just idle speculation, but the phrase cannon fodder springs to mind.

And as the ugly heads of opportunism and corporate greed rear their heads, I can only think back to the hours wasted arguing with supposedly genuine representatives from the Coreli Corporation.
"A Stronger Federation". Indeed.
Yet again, those that purport to defend the Federation actually fuel its destruction. I hope those that previously allied themselves with Coreli and the pro-Blaque Gallente Nationalist agenda can find their way. And I hope all will remember who it is that consorted with the Coreli corporation.
Good luck to those Coreli pilots who make their way to the dead of space, the Federation is indeed stronger now.

Having worked for Coreli for 4 months, I learned much about the Federation that I would like to forget. Many of us did strive toward a stronger Federation. I risked my life fighting drug smugglers to keep the federation safe, only to find out that the drugs we were unable to confiscate were being distributed from Gallente Federal Navy Agents!
Any moves I made while part of Coreli were to bring a stronger federation. But I grew tired of fighting for something so corrupt and lazy and gluttonus as the federation citizens. I once thought that the current federation government was to blame, but now I see that the citizens only elected a government as fat and lazy as themselves.
So for now I will pursue my own personal aims. As to Josh's motives all along? I can't speak to those. But if he has worked for Serpentis all along, I can only guess that he realized before what I just came to realize now.

In no way did I mean to imply that moving to Curse was not the sensible thing to do, especially for yourself. I think only a fool would venture into Fountain without the permission of its current occupiers. And I believe that you spend much of time in Curse anyway and local knowledge is always useful to have.
In any case I tend to have less interest in the affairs of the older factions in Eve. It is the power play between the various captuleer alliances that interests this old spy. And the idea that you were moving south to get involved in the 5 and Red Alliance war got my attention.

Some months back, when approached by Coreli I refused to join them because they were, basically, Serpentis supporters wanting to legalize boosters and bring them into the Federation. When I returned from my... sojourn... a few weeks ago, I approached them again, since I heard they had changed. I thought they had changed, too.
Evidently I'm wrong. Once a Snake forever a Snake, eh, Foiritain?
Well, go join your paymasters and say hello to Sarpati and Vukenda. Once the Aegis Militia is sorted, I'm confidence you and yours will get what you deserve.

I think people underestimate the power of the major factions, they may currently lack the capsuleers needed to compete with Capsuleer alliances but their wealth and firepower makes alliances look like mice.
Anyway, we have no plans in taking any active role in the Five/Red Alliance war, we will of course be more then happy to return fire. For now being neutral better serves our purpose though.
