seems lota poor guys are stuck outside game unable to log in
as to passwrd change
they get new mail from eve - supprt-press link to reset
and page is unavaliable ::
i wish em luck
should we roll back server to fix it all guys?

that should fix all the passwords aswell so all accounts are open to login?

u don`t get it aswell?
all hijackt passowrds would be usable again and god knows what the dmg will be... they didn`t reset them for nothing

As someone whos aparently been hacked due to the mail and cant even log on to verify if my assests have been lost or not, i wouldnt mind a roll back.
However i doubt that their are enough people in my situation to justify a rollback and that a rollback would cause more anger and confusion. The best solution i suppose is just suck it up for the lost sp time, reimburse everyone who got stuff stolen and wait patiently while CCP tries to sort out this mess.
I hope that CCP's support team are working overtime.

How about the guys that had their accounts shredded to ****?
The ones that was chainspawn podded and lost all skills and the ones that lost all their assets / isks or even the ones that had their characters deleted?
Rollback don't sound like a to bad way of doing it.

Even if this has happened, you seriously think that it would be better to roll back the whole eve player base than fix this on a person by person account.

Rollback dont sound 2 bad tbh.
or how about just shutting the server down?
if the server is offline then no 1 can hack and steal isk since server isent up.
take it down and fix the problems mibbe?

Only thing that can fix it is a new cluster... which is on it's way.
Roll back wont do anything. Since they have applied a patch every day since RMR it would be a huge roleback.
The lag is being caused by a new influx of players.

Another advantage of a rollback is that it would remove the isk from the trial account alts the isk has been moved to and put it right back to the wallets of the owners along with the lost items.
That said it would mess up alot of people who have lost any progress over the last few days but it may be worth the inconvenience for those that have basically had their entire character more or less destroyed.
