Just a couple questions to ponder on, why do missles suck, and why do hybrid's take so much cpu to fit?

While on the topic of fixing guns, why don't you take missles in to a considered balance, after all they are the primary weapons of the T1 Caldari Bship.
As of right now if you take all 6 missle launcher load them up with Cruise missle and fire while moving, about 25% of them explode before they got away from the ship by hitting me. Then about another 15% of them hit each other or where detonated by splash damage from other cruise missles.
Right now the refire rate of missles is fine. I'm down to 10.8 seconds with h50 arb and a Raven with caldari bship 2.
What need's to be fixed is the collision detection of the damn missles. I mean right now they are only hitting about 6 or 10 missle, and thats BEFORE they fire countermeasures. If they have defender missles then there is a good chance that those number would be halved yet again, or 3 of 10 missles hitting.
Therefore the primary weapon of the best caldari Bshisp is doing a whole lot of nothing.
That's my complaint.

The problem with laser turrets, is that is all anyone talks about because that is what 80% of people use.
Hybrids still sucks.

Dont put 425's on a megathron or you'll just end up kicking yourself. Neutron Cannons are the ONLY way to go if you wanna be competitive with a megathron, damage wise. Otherwise you will have to go with a freak of nature setup to stay competitive in PvP.
All in all if you step outside the box you can find some good setup. Still I would have to say in general hybrids are the junk of the 3 types. Mainly because of their higher than average CPU usage and the CPU Enhancer nerf.
