Yes, and they are really desperate at that, as to go even as low as placing alts/spies in our corps to try to get into gangs, etc. ...and for one thing not being able to do anything on their own.

I very much doubt RA will fall, they managed to withstand, "the funny station killer alliance" the big bad .5. and only seem to be getting stronger so sush plz

No army marches on an empty stomach and in Eve no fleet sails without ships. It takes money and resources to build those fleets, way more of both than are available in empire.
If you're going to post with an alt then at least be funny or so close to the truth that your audience nod sagely and agree. Don't just spout rubbish and look like an ass.
