What about us Paybycash people? How can you verify us if something hits the fan? I got no CC and haven't had CD key either.
They will ask other questions as well that may help to verify you are the owner of the account. Read this

I'm still waiting for an email.
the system is screwed. Surely there cannot be a backlog still.
I cannot raise a petition using the website and all my in game ones are ignored.
The emails are probbaly going to my old address. but i cannot change then address because I haven't got the password.
This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved. Nearly 1 week and no password. I can't believe everyone just ignores people that cannot resolve their issues. It's just arrogance.
Can someone either email on the new email I have petitioned on in game or............
i really don't know or because you hold all the cards. If I say or i'll quit you don't give a toss about one customer because like i said the arrogance

Click "Ask A Question" on the right hand menu of this site. You can then "petition" it from there. Make sure you put it into the "billing/payment issues" as well as this queue has a priority. Include your character/account name and as much information as you can about the account, such as your date of birth, the last 6 digits of the CC used (if you used one), the old email address, your address, name etc.

the email on this account is active, the password i use to log into the game and the forums. if i type in the password and email into the MY questions page it says
Login Failed The login ID and password combination you provided is invalid. If you believe you may have mistyped either value, use the browser Back button to return to the login page and try again.
If you believe you have forgotten your password, use the browser Back button to return to the login page and request that your password be emailed to you.
if this is my active password and i can log onto the forum, The email is the same as what is in my account.. why doesn't it work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got it in one.
The development staff and GMs are doing everything they can to resolve the situation, please bear with them, as it may take a while to get through all the Emails they recieve.
The forums are not the place to post with topics like this, if you have problems with you accounts, or accessing them, you should speak to customer support.
The methods for contacting support can be found under the "Eve Support" section of the MyEve services.
