Kaleeb	Posted - 2006.01.09 10:55:00 - [1] I used to be a pirate and had no qualms about going to -10 (which I was for about 7 months). As time went on I began to get frustrated that the only ways of pirating in low sec were either gate camping (which I find a waste of my game time as its so boring, although thats where the isk is at) or belt piracy where you rarely come across anyone. So I retired, getting my sec back up was like a fulltime job and it took me just under 1 month during this time I almost quit eve as it became unbearable to will myself to go back into a belt and shoot more npc's So last night I got abit bored and scanned a Ishtar HAC in system, I located him and attacked him in my Brutix. I then remember about kill rights, checking my list I find a guy I killed several weeks ago still on the list whats up with that? A week or so its much more reasonable Pirating needs a real look at, I understand the need for sentries, but making a player sit in space for 20mins after each attack is pathetic, I`m glad I retired from pirating and feel sorry for all you other guys trying to make a living from it. Once you accept this challange to play vs the devs, EVE is great Lol, thats a nice way of thinking about it. Still they allow empire wars which have no restraints, yet hit low sec pirating so hard. Time to fill the war slots again
Kaleeb	Posted - 2006.01.09 12:00:00 - [3] So why make low sec so difficult to pirate, yet make it so easy for a corp to war dec in high sec with no penalty? Surely it would make sense for ccp to make high sec wars harder to implement but low sec more viable. This would protect their customers alot more tbh and would also cater for their "other" customers who when playing this game try to avoid going into a mining sim.

There isnt anything really in piracy I havent done tbh during the 7-8 months I was pirating I was incredibly active ( Rant Over) yeah 0.0 piracy is ok but so many blobs make it tedious. Shamis I think you'll agree that 1billion was a good day at the office and not a everyday occurance. Zarithas i will never go to -10 again due to the fact going back up again almost kills the will to live.

After you guys started smacking some of us did smack back abit for which I appologise but we couldnt exactly leave when we were flagged and there is only so much crap I will take tbh. And saying there were 9 of us is exagerated, try 5 :) which yes is abit much but maybe if there werent so many stabs used we wouldnt need that.
