This announcement brought to you by Tsurokigaarai Corporation.
Due to increasing raids by outside forces into the Caldari State, Tsurokigaarai Corporation has become increasingly concerned with the wellfare of the average law abiding citizen who merely wishes to make a living within Caldari Space and not have to worry about interference.
To solve this problem and to aid it's fellow citizens, Tsurokigaarai Corporation has funded and created a public channel for all Caldari Citizens. The Caldari Civilian Defense Force Channel or CCDF-Net. Any pilot of any race may request in this channel escorts or defense against pirates. Any Caldari pilot may also request assistance with missions that serve the Caldari State or a Caldari Corporation. All that is asked in return is if you are helped that you help someone when you are able to.
This channel will be moderated by Tsurokigaari Corporation Employees and select members of CAIN, and Darksaber Technologies if they wish it. Anyone with a security status of less then -0.5 will be promptly muted in the channel by a moderator to prevent pirates from luring helpful citizens into traps. Any pirate who uses an alternate identity to get around such identity will have their alternate identity muted and they and their associates added to a blacklist that would not be wise to get on.
This channel can become a great assest to all in the Caldari Space if we use it and use it well.

Pilots from the CCDF channel completed their first mission today in the destruction of three Gallente forces within Caldari Space.

Hello again. You were blocked and muted for one very simple reason. Because the rules of the channel I set up say it must be done. Anyone with less then -0.5 standing will be muted and blocks so no pirates may attempt to lure pilots into traps by asking for aid.
Your status was less then -0.5, and as such you were blocked and muted. It had little to do with the bounty on your head.
If you wish re-entry all you must do is get your sec status to above -0.5 and you will be allowed in until the moment it is shown you engage in any illegal activities within Caldari Space or your sec status falls below -0.5 again.
Now, if SERK wishes to war declare us, that is of course your preogative. We do not seek aggression and war as a means of boosting our ego and image but we will not back down.

We chose such a limit to ensure the safety of the users of the channel so their would as minamal chance as possible for them to be lured in Pirate Ambushes. Unfortunatly we can not know whethere you have commited crimes in the Caldari State or not. And we had no wish to spit in your face, we merely adhered to the channel rules. you would be welcome in the channel the moment your Sec Status was raised above -0.5.

So you are admitting you have no interest in really fighting the various openly aggressive corps and organisations of enemies governments. You would rather just mine and talk about actually doing something, rather than taking the fight to the enemy. You hide behind the diplomacy that the caldari government uses to keep our enemies guessing and are afraid to take part in action in support of the state. We intend to take the fight to the enemy and Im sure other corps will see that our way is the right way.
If the aggressive corps war declare on our allies we will most likely war declare them. If they war declare us we will not cower and hide, if they war declare other caldari corps and they make a request of assistance to us we will seriously consider it. When the State takes action, and not just a few single corporations that skitters on the edge of the law, then we will gladly fight the States enemies.

I see no need to change the rules of the Channel. If my CEO wishes it, then I will of course comply. But you have no right to make demands of the CCDF channel. If you wish to take part in it then raise your security status.
