WTS Stacks of HAIL L! Freaking useless ammo now.
The DPS isn't worth the penalities... Amarr lose shield who cares. Ravens lose speed who cares, do they have tracking? Long range hybrid ammo kills speed. Sure.
Artillery maybe, but autocannons?! Why the hell add a velocity penality, why isn't blaster ammo getting a hit for speed too?
Hell, is it a new trend? Can't replace 2 years stats so we add speed penality on everything?

I won't use barrage, they might see it's decent and nerf it to -75% tracking, -50% speed and give it a armor HP reduction? shesh...

Sure, the rage torp sucks, who cares when you can use Javelin and kill pretty much anything within a 300km range..

Don't you just hate all those 300km encounters?
Turret ammo that does the same damage, well - if the thing you're shooting at is moving it shouldn't be that hard, no matter the range.
It's not like alot of Battleships other than Caldari have the range to lock at 300km anymore with the stacking of sensor boosters..
