Hello,
I would like my concerns about CCP's ventures into ''social gaming'' and their current rule changes on Tranquility which were designed to stop players skimming and scamming income from these sites addressed. It's bad enough that CCP are introducing gambling to children while implementing zero age restrictions on either EVE or on their affiliated gambling sites; providing links to plex purchase on said sites is morally bankrupt.
In short CCP, stop advertising on gambling sites, stop providing income to owners of said sites by allowing them to sell plex and stop allowing these interests to directly effect our Spaceship computer game by now preventing scams involving ID theft, it's frankly pathetic.
TL;DR
CCP don't be morally bankrupt implement age restrictions on your gambling sites or close them and stop peddling such gaming to children. |

Did you miss that Blink only uses internet spaceships money? How people obtain said money is none of their concern.

Gambled all your ISK away on Sommerblink, eh? 
The average age of eve players is pretty high, so i don't see a big issue here. It's too complex for children. And even if some kids lose their isk on a eve related gambling site (and they will sooner or later), perhaps they will learn something. Better here than IRL with their real money. |

Blink sells Plex via their website, they get real life cash from CCP for their custom. CCP also provided cash alternatives to blink as prizes. there are also many unaffiliated websites in which you can convert ISK to $ and vice versa. This is against CCP rules and I would also like running gambling sites such as this added to the TOS.

Nope but seen a kid in Starbucks spunk a plex away, he was like 12-13 or looked it anyway. I personally don't gamble and I've bought around 3 plex in the years that I've played EVE. It's a game and I don't want it to be a habit or financial burden.
All I am asking is that CCP show some maturity and morals by preventing under age players from gambling? is this wrong, I must be crazy or something. |

I'm not going to quibble about Somer Blink selling GTCs, many Eve related sites do the same. I'm unaware of CCP offering cash alternatives to prizes, if they have done so then that's entirely up to them, and as they are the IP owners it would be totally legal under both their rules and most legal codes to do so.
If you see an unaffiliated website offering to buy or sell ISK for cash then you already have recourse, report them to CCP as Real Money Traders.

If its a child, he will only have whatever money his parents allows him to have. If parents dont know wtf their child is doing, you can hardly blame CCP. If the parents arent in the picture, you are dealing with an adult. Stop the socialist bull**** and start taking responsibility for your and your childrens actions. People wanting goverments and companies holding their hands all the way through life will always just be a burden for the rest of the world. All while they happily allow other to control them with stupid laws. |

it's not wrong. However, kids do have parents usually. and they are kinda responsible for what their kids do on the internet.
