Whats up with the bs spawns today, I havnt found a single bs spawn in any of the systems ive been in

First belt I checked today after DT had a triple conquistador, and all the others after that for 5 belts had 500kisk battleships. They are all holidaying in tribute it would seem.

Actually while flying around i saw one so i asked him why there was a lack of his kind of ships, This was what he said, "Due to the increase of persecution from pod pilots and also due to eccessive lag My union has decided to strike, Untill we have more ecm, bigger guns and more exotic dancers we will not fly".
Well there it is lets petition ccp to give them more H-ookers

BS spawns may be down, but is it just me or have plex's been spawning more rapidly?
