MC & BoB -- A cozy relationship?

In the last few days there was a lot of talk about MC and BoB being very friendly with each other. Some questions: Is MC getting ready to get involved in Delve? Are docking rights in Delve and Period Basis part of a compensation in an upcoming contract? Is it safe to assume that MC will never take a contract on BoB or any of their vassals?

Yeah, your executor just paid a nice round sum of isk to them not long ago. Just FYI.

It is clear however that many are not aware how close these two entities are related. Close to the point that I would question MC's neutrality and laugh at FE for paying MC anything.
