So now Goons and cfc have taken fountain, almost delve querious etc.. and delve known for its high number of dyspro moons..
Are we going to see a repeat of OTEC and the bottleneck of the r64 moon goo that we saw with technitium?

No, both because the tech bottleneck was not artificial in the first place and because the actual determining factors are purposefully different now.
