I wasn't aware that traffic control for nullsec system stargates was refusing entry to people in NPC corps. When did this start?

Nullsec gates have scanners, if the gate scans you and notices you are an obvious high sec player it will not allow you to jump through.
CCP installed this after too many High sec players complained about getting blown up in unfair bubble gatecamps while simply following their autopilot.
