Trust me. Well, it wasnt ment as smack, but we have won several equal number fights. Not in H-PA I think, but mixed fleets, for example a couple of times in h-w before christmas (you should remember, you had a nice pod fleet going back to h-pa). Or is admitting that to much for Five? There are quite a few differences between those two things, namingly the docking rights of the launching platform and the "who controls the system 90%+ of the day". Sure, [5] came out of it once in a while in a nice phat blob (or solo ceptors), had some fun as they want to and then docked again. That is no reason to panic, and imho sets no sovereignity issues up north.
