There is no such thing as "Proper EvE gameplay". And if there was, it would certainly not involve a near cult-devotion to an idiot of a man who built a massive and seemingly complex in-game structure to justify a simple and predictable game mechanic. Namely:

The New Order doesn't ask for your ISK. The New Order asks for your compliance, which includes the ISK payment. When all you see in the Code is a loss of ISK, I grieve for you. It is precisely that word, compliance, that bothers me.
