I run:
4 t2 Neutrons
1mn AB, Small SB, Webber, Cap recharger
2 t2 MFSs
It does around 115dps and I haven't had a problem with any spawn.
I run a similar setup, how do you measure dps tho?

Edit: 115 seems really low, i remember my setup doing about 220 dps wit 3 neutrons II, 1 ion II 1 rocket II and 2 mfs II .. or maybe im confusing this with another ship.

Has anyone ever tried fitting 4 t2 neutrons, and a rocket launcher on a harpy? If so what kind of med/lows were you left using? I can't imagine meds would hold much if you stuffed a mag stab or 2 in there, but the DPS would be pretty badass I'd imagine.

This Harpy does 188DPS unresisted according to QuickFit:

I don't think you are going to be able to squeeze a rocket launcher in there without seriously comprimising the rest of your setup, but it's such an irrelavant part of your DPS you have to ask yourself if it really matters.

The 115 dps I measured was with the resistances of a 950k Serpentis Rear Admiral factored in.
Using quickfit, btw.
