Was thinking that you should be able to 'Add to Bounty' for someone who is positive, but ONLY if you have 'Black Market Trading' skill yourself. The act of doing so has a chance of getting yourself cause (just like a failed 'Black Market Trading' skill check)...
People who have the 'Black Market Trading' skill will see a bounty on victims in the 'Show Info' window, but those without won't.
What do you guys think?

Seems kinda logical to me, baddies also put hits on people they don't like ( even more than bounties on bad people methinks ) I agree that this should be implemented.

I also think this is a great idea. Though it needs one addition. Since it is an "underground" bounty system that pirates place on do gooders, Only people with NEG sec rating should be able to collect it. ;) After all it's not like someone with a high SEC who is on the "right" side of the law is going to have access to this underground bounties system. Unless maybe they also have blackmarket skill.

Nah...anyone should be able to collect on a bounty.
When they attack the bounty they get a security hit just like when they attack.
Actually ANY bounty on a positive rating target will occur a security hit.
NOTE: Positive security bounties are not condoned by CONCORD and thus are inherently illegal...

Bounty hunting in genral could be greatly improved by an advatising list within Eve. I do agree wit the fact that you cant just put a bounty on a good based player for the simple fact evryone good or bad could go for them. They sould add within the game a kinda ad thing where people or bounty hunters advertise who they want killing or skills they have so only one person has that job of killing them. I think this would make the Bounty hunting job much more realsitic i mean if u see any films or other games bounty hunters r approcher by a singular person and only one person goes for the bounty
