A bit of a silly challenge. Get as close to 100% PG and CPU as you can, while still having an useful setup:
My current record 99% PG 100 CPU on an Apoc
Setup:
7xMega Pulse II, 1xDual Heavy Pulse II
100mn AB II, 3xCR II
1xAccom repaire,1xLarge Rep II, 2xHardener II, 1xfaction hardener,1x CPR, 1xnamed CPR (uses less CPU)
Used for PvE

I use my Taranis at 98,92%.
3 * Light Neutron Blaster II
1 * Small Dminishing Power Drain I
1 * 1MN Afterburner II
1 * Small Shield Booster II
1 * Cap Recharger II
1 * Micro 'Vigor' Core Augmentation
1 * Capacitor Power Relay I
1 * Magnetic Field Stabilizer II
Total Power: 58,75
Poergrid used: 58,12

I have a setup for my Retribution (which i can not fly yet) and calculated that with the skills im gonna train for it my fitting fits with
0 PG left
1.5 CPU (or so i dont know exactly anymore) left :D

I got my Omen 2 days ago. After flying it through a level 2 silence the informant with frigate guns (to get the isk for mediums and while I finished learning the skill :) ) I finally fitted focused medium beams.
4xFocused Medium BEams, 1 empty slot
10mn AB, 2x Cap recharger 1
T2 Medium armour repairer, 3xEnergised adaptive nano membranes, nanofibre hull 1
3.5TF and about 12pg left IIRC.

I have an Artywolf setup that uses 100% CPU precisely and has .8 grid free, with my skills. I forget what it is exactly, but it involves 280mms, a rocket launcher, and a small rep. It's a PvE setup.

Used this cheap mega setup for a while - 687.47/687.5 tf (0.00436% free) with weapon upgrades 5 and a -5% turret cpu need implant:
7 x mega modal electron, 1 x e500
100mn MWD II, fleeting propulsion web, faint warp prohibitor, heavy electrochemical injector
2 x LAR II, 3 x n-type kinetic hardener, 2 x mag stab II
It's obsolete now as I'd use 3 x eanm II instead of active hardeners which would free up another 6 tf though :<

My Eagle got 250 CPU free with full setup and I tank better than an apoc/raven/Sacrilege whatever ship you mention

my taranis setup:
cpu: 187.26/187.5
pg: 56/56.something
Oh cpu is with best named modules cpu wise and -3% cpu implant. With -5% cpu implant i'm fitting x5 web instead of langour :)

My arty wolf is 156.2/156.25 cpu and 72/72.5 grid ... fairly standard PvP/PvE setup. Weapon upgrades 5 ftw

The worst part is the fact the he uses CPR's with shield boosters... Some people seem to be ignoring the huge negative pentaly they give to shield boosters.

its just 1 cpr and hes using a small t2 so he looses like nothing and gets much better cap recharge than with pdu

My setups almost always ride the ragged edge of CPU and grid, 99% on both. On some ships, I use exactly as much cpu as the ship has.
