I've never been scammed on escrow but it's just annoying when you think you found a bargain and the escrow inspection gives 1 tritanium. right click, filter <selected seller> If you can filter you can reduce the risk of being scammed and therefore give the scammers less of a chance to scam. Since they can scam, we should be able to put them on a personal blacklist. __________________________________________________________________________

I did check 10 post on escrow and 8 where scams. 1 trit or vindicator that turned out to be vigilant navy ammar for comerant and so on and so on. Is not better that scammers get 1 warning and do they scam again account banned. Also if it is an alt. The whole account gets banned, paying customers need too know better.

I hate scammers, but anyone who falls for one deserves it tbh. Scams clutter up escrow and make it hard to find what you are looking for, and that is annoying - but a ban for that? Maybe they should ban the people who don't inspect before they claim, and when they do claim don't read the pop-up box listing the contents of the escrow before confirming. CCP have already said escrow scammign is part of the game - so they wont do anythgin about it. Just chek the items before you buy or here is a even better idea - dont bother using it at all - practically all the items can be put on the market now so your not missing out on anythign big with escrow anymore. A funny thing are the scam that have INSPECT PLZ behind the item they're supposedly selling, like anyone goes "ohh, must be a respectable guy if he wants me to inspect lets trust him and just claim the excrow". However, until you made that post I wasn't aware of your lack of comprehension skills. The forum search request was because this topic comes up weekly, with every person who starts it thinking they have come up with some revolutionary suggestion. We end up with another mindless thread rehashing the same topics over and over again.
