It's a very worthwhile endeavour and has a great scope for profitability overall. Starting Bid :- 300 Million Bid Increment :- 50 Million Reserve :- 500 Million Buyout :- 1 Billion ( A lot but hey worth it ) No ingame bids Sniper rule :- 15 Mins End Time :- 18th January 2006 20:00GMT ISS Will oversee transfer of office and standings. ------------------------------------------------- What happens to Snow when you Iron it? Ignorant ... j/k The Marginis Station is an excellent 0.0 security trade hub, most things sell for afew extra million due to the location. We in DA have made a few extra million more than we would have trying to sell in Jita or OursLAGeurt. Corporations with a -ve standing towards the ISS alliance, ISS Marginis or ISS Borealis will not be granted offices. The ISS Brokers office deals, so valid deals will guarantee the office for the ISK. The last office re-sold was 1 week ago for 500m. Happy Bidding. All shares Sold

The monthly rental is 50 mil per month - or that was the amount of thelast bill I received.
