In the last three months the Huzzah Federation has fought pirates to a standstill with her allies in Domain and Tash-Murkon, had a war with UshraÆKhan and is part way through an invasion of the Catch region of space fighting against FIX alongside SA and KAOS. Fighting ranged from small solo combats, small skirmishes, special operations, anti pirate operations, fleet combat to full on system invasions and POS vs Dread fights. Industrial members have managed to get logistics and industry functioning whilst under fire in war zones and supplied the alliance with much needed support in order to achieve the alliance goals. Fighting has been at time intense and both victories and losses incurred.
What did you do?
The alliance is based in low sec Domain, Tash-Murkon, Providence and at the moment the majority is in the Catch (V2-VC2) alongside our allies. As you can infer we are an alliance that focuses on PVP with industrial support as the modern game of Eve requires both combat and industry to work together to achieve objectives such as taking systems and stations.
The government is a federal republic in that corps govern themselves and in fact is based on the US style of government. There is an elected president who presides over the executive branch with the CEOs of member corporations acting as the legislative branch of government. As with all nations there are federal bodies such as the bank, military and diplomatic branches, this allows coordinated action and the ability to bring alliance resources to bear on attaining objectives. There is also a professional military which means you get payouts for incurring PVP losses, the amount dependant on rank.
We also have an agenda, part of which is the opening of 0.0 to neutral entities and the suppression of pirate activity within our sphere of influence. Teamwork is promoted within the alliance as that allows the fulfilment of alliance goals as well as personal ones, the alliance exists for its members and the most important part of that is making your time online worthwhile and fun.
What we are looking for is active corporations of greater than ten players who share our ideals and also want to be part of a team that is growing in numbers and capability. You should be PVP heavy and have an experience of 0.0 living and combat and finally be willing to relocate to the Catch region.
Individuals are welcome to apply if they are PVP orientated although you will be subject to a high level of scrutiny due to the ongoing war.

Huzzah has come a looooong way since Hans was elected President. This is NOT the Huzzah of 8 months ago full of carebears dictating the warriors back and forth while getting themselves regularly blown up becouse they had no idea on how to survive in war time. Instead of learning how to survive, they would rather stay docked or not logging on at all other than to change skills and what not. Thankfully their all gone now, replaced with better, more organised and bolder individuals and corporatins
..and yes, Huzzah was a mess! ..not anymore

This weekend I started on Friday with the intention of joining our allies in FAT to fight FIX, trust me you lead an alliance and you spend a lot of time doing admin and diplomacy etc so when the chance comes to get out there and PVP I grab it. As my favourite ship since starting the game has always been the Thorax I grabbed one from the corp hanger, corp insured it and fittied it from available stocks in our office in V2-VC2, formed a small gang and went to join the action in FAT.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday saw me be part of an op to drop two large armed POS in FAT, fleet battles that were a lot of cat and mouse and some great engagements, to raids deep into Querilous hunting the enemy where we could, having multiple skirmishes and evading traps. I have to say the weekend has been some of the best times in Eve I've had in a long time and the same for a lot of my alliance members.

We fought in this battle which lasted an hour and resulted in about 199 ship deaths. How was your evening?

Worth a bump, Huzzah under the leadership of Hans has come along way, they have showed alot of maturity on & off the battle field over the past few weeks.
The next few weeks will be a testing time, if you want to join a well rounded Alliance then these guys fit that bill.
We won,we lost, but most of all we had smackless fun :)

If you like the sound of being part of a good team that is fun to be in and doesn't like to stay still then contact me in game. Corps wishing to merge are also welcome as we prefer a smaller number of larger corps to a large number of small corps. As we are in Providence and Catch PVP is part of daily life so you have to be up for that.

We're looking for pvp focused as opposed to industrial corps now, enemies on your doorstep and a strong economy to back you up sound good?
Being anti pirate and proactive gives us good ties with industrial alliances that means cheaper tech 2 ships and mods. Anti pirate doesn't mean anti pvp.
