I hired them and they didn't get any kills.
Granted the targets never logged on.

If they do get kills, it's usually some 2 or 3 billion isk missioning ship and
an ill-sorted pod implant set worth 1-2 billion. Totally lame, no pvp stuff like
null sec thrasher fleets or low sec railed harpy fleet.

Yes we sit inside the station all day when we have numerous kills on marmite almost everyday, continue to make excuses.
