I for see this implant going for 3 bil plus because lot's of people will plug it in instead of selling it. So it will become rare.

P.S. Also this implant will travel to your jump clone when you jump to one. It will always be there unless you unplug it.

Visual indication that someone has plugged in a billion ISK implant and thus most likely has other valuable implants?

Everyone into PvP will want a killmail for these golden pod capsules. Once it's known you have a golden pod it will be like having your house burgled in real life. ie House that are burgled once are much more likely to be burgled again afterwards numerous times. A golden pod is an anchor around your neck. Best to sell it asap before the price plummets.
