Guys i just got an offer to get "Nerve Sticks" foa an agent, but i have no idea where to get them... i need 48 units of it... anyone got a clue where i could get some?

Nerve Sticks are one of several types of drugs available in the Eve universe. As such, they are considered contraband in Empire space. Every time you go through a gate in Empire space, there are half a dozen customs officials (at least) who are only there to scan the cargo of ships passing through the gate. If one of them realizes you have contraband, your ship will be scrambled and webbed in no time at all. You will then have the opportunity to either pay a huge fine or have your ship blown up. Sometimes it's cheaper to let them blow up your ship.
Some people claim to have run contraband with the use of Insta bookmarks with no trouble while others claim that they have been caught every single time they have tried. My advice is to reject the offer and save up your loyalty points for something that is either more useful or more valuable.
If you still want to try, the only information I can give you is that I have just now started to receive drugs and other contraband as loot in some level 3 missions. I either leave the drugs in the can or take them to a station in-system so I dont have to go past any customs officials, since they dont hang out at stations. Why I bother I have no idea because I will never have the cajones to try to move the contraband to a profitable location anyway. I would assume that complexes with 'Narcotics' in the name, such as Serpentis Narcotics Warehouses also have a chance to drop drugs as loot but I have never tried one of these so don't take my word for that part.

My advice would be to turn down the offer. You'll notice that they can't be found on the market and even if they were, transporting them would be risky. I have however managed to acquire illegal drugs through level 3 agent missions. I forget the exact details of the mission, but it goes something like this. Pirates are transporting a viral agent. Go out and destroy the pirates and collect the virus to prevent it from being used. When you pick up the loot you'll find a small quantity of misc. drugs. Luckily the mission is in the same system as the agent so ther is no need to jump and therefore you will avoid Concord. |

My Crash-'ho of an L3 agent gives me these drug party offers a lot, but she must have a lot of friends because she asks for several different types of drugs and hundreds of units of some. During missions I -always- pick up the drugs though, take them back to my base in empire, and have never not once been caught. I wonder if it's my boyish good looks.
