Hey guys. I have been playing Eve for a little over a year now and while I am in Eve to PVP I have recently branched into the industrial side of things in order to create an ISK inflow sufficient enough to comfortably support my PVP activities and plex for two accounts. I come here today in search of a loan in order to help me expand my production program. I have been producing t1 rigs for a month or so and have had a profitable venture thus far. I invested the majority of my ISK reserves into getting my production program started and have continued to re-invest my profits in order to keep the income flowing. However, having initially invested somewhere around 2.25 billion, I have been unable to consistently take full advantage of my most profitable BPOs as the cycle of producing, purchasing through market orders, and selling keeps most of my isk tied up. I use Eve IPH to determine the most profitable production ventures on any given day however fairly often I am unable to take advantage of the most profitable product because I do not have the liquid ISK to purchase a full bill of materials depending on my current investments/market orders. That is why I come to you today in search of a loan. I plexed last week for both of my accounts and invested in a new tengu to run L4 Gurista Missions occasionally in order to supplement my income which leaves me with enough isk to have a cycle producing while I monitor buy orders for materials in preparation for the next cycle. I hope that one or some of you may be able to provide me with an investment to give me the resources to expand upon my current operation and ensure I am taking full advantage of the market opportunities available to me.
I am requesting an uncollateralized loan of up to 2 BILLION ISK at an interest rate of 15% over a period of 2 months. This will provide me with the ability to use the new Dual Character training ability in order to train a second production character as well as provide me with enough liquid ISK to take full advantage of the most profitable opportunities available on a day to day basis.
Repayment of the loan will not be an issue as I am able to generate returns of ~100-225 million isk per night through production and will be devoting the time and energy necessary to ensure production is running at full capacity. With a second production character I am looking to double these returns and re-invest profits in order to expand and create a 3rd production capable character when applicable.
Specifics:
This is my main character. I have a production character trained for Mass Production V and Advanced Mass Production IV. Capable of using 10 manufacturing job slots.
Resources:
In possession of researched T1 Medium Rig BPOs.
5 Copies of each of the following; Ancillary Current Router, Capacitor Countrol Circuit, Trimark Armor Pump, Core Defense Field Extender, Cargohold Optimization.
My Initial invesment of 2.25 billion; continually being reinvested + profits.
Loan Details:
Requesting loan of 2 Billion Isk from 1 or more investors.
Repayment period of 2 months (60 days) starting on date of initial investment.
FLAT interest rate of 15%. Interest payments to be made bi-weekly (14 days).
Interest payments of 75 Million Isk per 14 days.
Portion of principal balance will be paid at the end of first month amounting to 250 Million ISK.
The remainder of principal balance will be paid upon loan closing.
Loan is uncollateralized.
**If preferred, the loan can be broken into 2 parts as a second production character will not be up and running for the first 30 days. Loan can be broken into two 1 Billion ISK segments in order to a) fund Dual Character training + supplement single character production and b) supplement both production characters upon start of second month. I understand this is my first loan and I am looking to build a reputation.
Plan:
Use ~550-600m ISK to purchase a PLEX and activate dual character training.
Train second character to MP V and AMP V in order to access 10 production slots.
Use remainder of ISK to invest in production cycle and capitalize on most profitable ventures on a day by day basis to be determined using Eve Isk Per Hour tool.
This is my first loan request in order to expand and kick start my production program. I am looking to continually grow the program and look forward to creating a substantial income stream. I understand this loan is currently uncollateralized because I have the majority of my ISK invested in production. All offers/details are up for negotiation. Ideally I would like to create a rolling investment in order to help grow my production through the first few intial months and am looking to setup a 3rd production character as the need arises.
On top of my production I have 3 toons recently setup with very basic Planetary Interaction setups. Each of the 3 characters is running 4 Low Sec PI setups. The planets are producing P1 Processed Materials over a 4 day cycle. This is merely to supplement my production with an almost entirely passive source of income amounting to approx 500-600m a month with minimal effort.
My alt character is Tengu capable and has access to L4 Gurista Missions in Null which provide substantial LP:ISK rewards. I have a substantial amount of LP currently that will be cashed in as ISK from production becomes available.

Thank you for your interest. Yes, if your offer still stands I am interested in expanding the loan. All details will be adjusted in relation to a 1 billion isk investment. Please send loan in game.
This additional isk will be put to good use and will be a great help in expanding my production operation.
As I stated in my OP, ideally I would like to create a rolling investment so upon the completion of this loan I hope to be able to negotiate further investment. |

It's allways a good thing to also check with fellow investorss if they agree with an expansion.Goes for both the new investors but certainly for the person doing the bond.
However i doub t I LIKE it will mind his risk of a default being bigger , the guy lives and breathes on defaults.We should call him ''I-LIKE-SAVE'' allthough i am unsure if he is icelandic  .

I confirm I am expanding my loan request for an additional 1 Billion ISK - to be fulfilled by 'I Was There' at previously stated terms.

Thanks I appreciate it, Sparro. I will touch base when I have the second production character contributing in 2 weeks or so. I don't want to take on more isk than I can effectively put to work. If all goes as planned I will most likely be expanding into a 3rd production capable character as well.

Proposal is sound, but there is brutal 0.01 cutting on some of those rigs, most notably anciliary routers. Either someone very dedicated or a bot. Watch out for that one.
All of the others are good though IIRC. |

All interest was paid. All principal repaid.
Some unfortunate RL issues unexpectedly came up last week and I have been away from the game. I apologize for the few days delay.
I LIKE IT's remaining principal has been returned along with around an extra week's worth of interest to compensate for the 5 days late closing.

I hope the small delay was not too troublesome. I notified I LIKE IT of a small delay but it was longer than expected.
