Sub system skills are not maxed out yet aside from propulsion and offensive, However they dont take much time to train compared to some of the missile support skills you get with this toon.
Cerberus
Can fly a cerb really well with the awesome shield / missile skills. Currently training HAC 4
Raven
Do PVE? With the right strategy you can do 10/10 solo without logi or any support or warping out.(However i recommend Raven navy for the 10/10 and some unrated complexes)
Can use tech 2 rocket launchers, tech 2 heavy missiles, tech 2 HAMS and tech 2 cruise missiles 
Awesome shield skills, decent ECM skills and please check the rest of the skills on eve board.
