Wouldn't it be funny if you found out that someone who sold you a stick of gum at the services in Luton turned out to be a fellow EVE player? How would you ever find out? It's strange to think that you might even walk past someone who sold you a tutti frutti flavour ball point pen on eBay or something daft like that. Maybe someone who read a page of a website that you wrote. T'Internet is funny like that.
So... if you've been anywhere obscure recently, and think that there's a hope in heck that you may have seen an EVE player in public, post it here - you never know. (This is also an oppertunity to release some built up comedic-tension if you haven't posted something funny in at least 4.5 minutes...)
So, is anyone, by any chance, the guy who works at the petrol station at the junction for the A12 on the M25? Is anyone here from Sri Lanka, or been up the Lion Rock thing in Sri Lanka, pehaps last Easter, maybe?
LOL - it's worth a shot.

A guy walked by me the other day, seeing me on the EVE forums at a computer.
He said "OMG you play EVE? What alliance are you in?"
"Firmus Ixion."
"Oh, I'm in FIX too! Well, we were until a week ago..."
"Carbide Industries?"
"Yup."

everytime i walk into a library, i see at least 7 or 8 12 year olds playing runescape. Not eve related, but still bizarre. Especially since that game sucks.

Anyone go drinking in the Wilkes Head in Leek. Unusual as there is only 2 pubs left in the UK with that name (it was 3 but 1 in wales recently closed i believe)

If there are any Eve players in Karlshamn, Sweden... Well, something something.
Funny thing happened to me on DeviantART. It turned out the artist of a painting I added to my favorites list lives at throwing distance from me. Havn't been able to contact him yet though.

I went to a London Eve meet once.
It was uncanny how many Eve players were there.

You need a new sig. This doesn't have enough "freekin' creepy" factor to make newcomers jump when they see it move for the first time.
And no, I have met no fellow EvE players who would like near me.

I was in a pub in edinburgh a few weeks (months?) back and stood at the bar was a guy in an EVE online t-shirt.
I always go ground with sluggy-online t-shirts or strong bad, and it's always good when people recongise them.
