I would like comments about a Thrasher build for PvE (level 1 and 2 missions.. no PvP)
And yes, I know this ship is a glass cannon. Just trying to figure out something different for my skills while my learning trains. (I can fit all this at my current skill level)
High
7x 150mm Light Scout AC (EMP)
1x Limos Rocket Launcher (foxfire or defenders)
Medium
1x Cold-Gas Arc Jet AB
2x Small Capacitor Battery (Named)
Low
1x Sm Armor Repair
1x 400mm Reinforced Rolled Tungston Plates
Main Stats
500m/s speed
438 Shield
1370 Armor with repair able to run 17 Pulses with 1122 Armor repaired (best named T1) with Rep/AB running.
I went with Batteries over Rechargers because it allows a much longer run time on the armor rep before I run dry.

Well, honestly I think you are better off in a frigate. (just my opinion)
But since you asked about this one, I'd go with 220 arties. (I think that's the number) Because you are going to run through ammo like non-other with autocannons.
I'd also switch the rocket launcher to an assault launcher. That way you can fit lights but not have terrible rof.
Get a 1mn mwd for medium and I'd fit cap rechargers instead of batteries.
And I like your low slot set up.
Each person has his or her own set up, but this is what I'd have. (if it all fits, been a while since I had a thrasher)

This setup leaves me 1 grid and about 30 cpu remaining.
Arties are POWERHOGS and everytime I fit them the Thrasher falls apart when shot at.

Here is what I run and I like it alot for Ratting. Sub the MWD for AB for complexes...
High - same roughly (I use galliums - cheap to replace)
Med - MWD, 2x Medium Shield Extender II
Low - PDU, Gyrostab
This gives me about 2450 hp shield, that passively regenerates. I had a second PDU in it for a while for the power and shield regen, but am trying to up the damage now. I manually pulse the MWD just to close in on the pirates... I commonly tank 2 x 175k long range legionnaires with this setup, with around 700k sp atm.

yeah.. my suggestion.. but replace the mwd with ab...

Okay, I took your advice and shoehorned 2 Medium Extenders on my Thrasher..
Not bad at all.... I beat down 7 missle using boats in a level 2 mission and never got below 700 shield.

OMG that setup was kthx.
I took this advice and it rocks. It also cured my dandruff.
