Only popped one set so far, but I'm sure there will be many more.
Those CA-3 and CA-4 implants taste exquisite when boiled in carebear tears and seasoned with just a hint of spiced Retriever. At 1500m ISK a set, they make for quite an expensive meal, but I'm not the one paying for it.
Pro tip: The extra ship agility does not help you when you are AFK and mining without a permit in New Order space.

Wildly fluctuating price, but that was what it would have cost to replace them at the time of the kill (lower of Jita and Dodixie prices)

I poped an auto pilot pod 3 days ago and i thought they were like 35 mil a piece at the most.
if they are 1.5 bil for the set damn i got me a good km, well worth the 100+ mil isk i paid for the tags to regain sec |

CA-3 and CA-4 were only available about 36 or 48 hours ago IIRC. (CA-1 and CA-2 are worth 25m or so).

It reskins your pod. When you get killed your new clone will automatically get the gold implant again.
