im doing lvl 3 mission in a frig and so far my ship hasn't got destroyed.

Off the top of my head, Duo of Death springs to mind as a lvl3 mission very doable in a Frig. Nowt remarkable about it.

Some lvl 4 missions can be done in frig, its not that biggie to do lvl 3. You can do all lvl 3 missions in frig, and even faster in frig than in bs.

Yes well you obviously aren't doing missions against guristas.
If you were then you would be insta-popped by their missiles.
Now against other turret using NPCs it is easy to complete level 3s with the right tactics as you can simply keep up your transversal and never get hit...

"Frigate" is a ship class and "Assault Ship" is ANOTHER ship class. Just because they both use the same hull doesn't mean they are both frigates so in answere to your question... NO

You can do a fair few lvl 4's in that though.

Tech Secrets 3/3 lvl3. Try that in a frig and get back to me if you still think all lvl3s can be done in a frigate.
