In all seriousness I don't believe Titan's to be on any high priority list with all the other behind the scenes issues.
Course, I know nothing and am merely a mortal player and not a Developer.

They will have to cost in excess of several Billon Isk otherwise they will not be rare enough.
Only the biggest and richest corps should even have the remotest possibility of owning one.

=) titans are crap, they are incapable of fighting at all. Basicly they are supposed to be a mothership for miners...THey do have a HUUUUGE cargo space tho...

For a fact, any Tier 1 battleship or a pair of cruisers can vape a Titan.
To give you an idea what the general impression of what a Titan will be, here's the description assigned for the Leviathan, the Min Titan:
Minmatar Drifter Colony

Battleships came in too early!
I really don't want to see Titans for at least 3 months.
Player-owned stations aren't a good idea yet either - asteroids aren't re-spawning correctly and it WILL be hard to get sufficient ore to build a station.
Unless, of course, a canny corp. has been stock-piling minerals.

I honestly don't want to see Titans in for another year.
It costs an entire Empire a decade and the resources of a habitable moon to build. no way should we be able to create one in the forseeable future

From the stats of the mimnatar titan it doesn't even look like titans are combat ships, a battleship would easily waste one.
Though I'm sure the stats could change, I guess.

I think we will have Titans soon. CCP will give the BP of Titans to TTI for a Miner I or so.

When frigates die in 2 hits, and cruisers last 10 seconds against a battleship. The bigger and stronger the ship, the better off you are.

Why would a titan cost more than a station? AFAIK a station is "better", except for the fact that it cannot move (which is one of the things you really need with a titan ).

I think CCP should create a special "*****" class ship, for all the ****s in-game, who want something bigger than a BS to mine, sorry, "fight"* in.
*Eve players define the term "fighting" as *****ing on the forum boards. Any relation to actual fighting in-game is purely coincidental

I think the armageddon fits pretty nice here, doesn't it? In terms of design, anyway.
