The original poster already suggested how to avoid people abusing it. Simply _only_ allow the usage of this command for 30s after login.

20. Rebooting on changing windows mode - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Same here. Switching from Full Screen --> Windowed means CTD and switching from Windowed to Full Screen means computer reboot 90% of the time. This did not happen before the latest patch. I'm a NVIDIA User too.
